  I purchased an item that was to ship from Canada to US. Unfortunately US customs denied entry after holding up shipment for weeks. Ultimately the item was marked return to sender by customs. This seller couldn’t have been nicer about refunding our money. What a pleasure doing business with an honest and understanding seller. Many thanks for the speedy refund. Packaging, item as described and good value, it just couldn’t make it through the red tape.

  This person is a GREAT seller. Package was delivered by UPS to the wrong house. I contacted the seller and told them I did not receive the package and the photo of the house they delivered it to was not mine. I received a message from the seller a short time later more the willing to help me. After a few hours someone dropped off the package at my house. I notified the seller they do not need to file a clam 10 Stars
