    Asked seller if long black handles and knobs were on “tight” prior to buying. Was told they were. Asked seller to wrap handles as they will “punch” through box if not secured properly. Box arrived with a hole punched in its side. Upon inspection, handles weren’t properly wrapped. 1 handle was loose & can’t be tightened. Saucepots & lids were properly wrapped. Seller did offer to accept them as returns. I declined the offer. The pots and lids were in excellent condition per the listing.
