    Seller cancelled order after Buyer payment made. Seller gave false reason to eBay for cancellation - blaming buyer, claiming a problem with Buyer's address when there is no problem. In actuality, Seller agreed to fixed price shipping then cancelled when actual shipping costs exceeded their agreed fixed price shipping terms - not a valid reason for cancelling. Buyer seeks for order to be reinstated and item delivered as agreed. Potential violation of Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
