Although I have been a seller and buyer on eBay for many years, I never really took this side hustle seriously until recently.     Item stated factory reset, however; was not factory reset. When I communicated with the buyer through several messages I never received any responses. The item was packaged very well and I can tell they are an excellent seller. So this was probably just a small glitch would consider buying again in the future.
