  Seller sent me a piece of pottery, which arrived broken. I sent the seller photos of the broken pot and also offered to send it back to them. I have never heard back from the seller. I have written six or seven messages to them and I have never gotten a reply. All I am wanting is a refund but I feel I am being stolen from. I do NOT recommend this seller.

  Simply requested pictures so i can file damage claim with usps. Buyer sent pics of item but none of box or packing material. Asked for more pics, and did not get them. Filed claim anyway, usps requested package dropped of at buyers local post office, buyer did not so claim denied. Told buyer to return, no response.
