Packing was superb (lots of bubble wrap, tied to palette with ratchet strap, etc.) and no damage to unit. A few expensive parts were somehow missing but seller issued a courteous refund once I provided proof of cost of parts. Truly the sort of experience that EBay expects to provide buyers!

The package was on the truck for 3 days before it was finally delivered to completely the wrong apartment. The picture they took of where they left the package is NOT my apartment. I wandered all around my vicinity trying to find where they left it to no avail. I hope whoever gets the package is honest and will return it to me. No fault of the seller. Although, FED EX has done this exact thing before and I would not recommend using them.
