    Jacket was to be new with tags, received without tags. When asking seller about this, tried saying I removed tags and now trying to refuse my return for item not being as described. Mailer was intact and no tags found in the packing or pockets. Poor customer service, does not take responsibility for incorrectly described item. Picture in listing was not accurate to what I received.

While I am willing to accept your return request, I kindly ask that you change the return reason. I cannot agree with your claim that I intentionally listed the item inaccurately, as I took every precaution to ensure the listing was correct. Please understand that as a seller, I value fairness in transactions.
