  I purchased an item from this seller. 2 days before the item was supposed to arrive to my house, the seller contacted me and said they are unable to find the product and a refund would be issued if not found by the following day. 3 more days went by and I never heard back from the seller. I sent a message inquiring about the status and the response I received was "The refund has been processed." Now I have to wait days for my refund. Extremely disappointed and poor customer service.
