  MTG commander deck was shipped in a flimsy envelope so it arrived with squished and beat up product packaging. After opening the deck, it was missing two cards and had duplicates in their place (most likely a factory issue). Reached out to the seller about both issues and was promised a small partial refund but was then ghosted by them for weeks and still haven't heard back. And still no refund.
