  AVOID..So bought this card on February 20th! Seller stated card was returned to them. Asked seller to resend. A month later again stated it was returned to them and that they would relist but up the shipping charge from $3.50 to $8.00! I would stay clear of this seller. Months and months of waiting and they want me to pay more instead of trying to make things right with a buyer? Told them to just refund which had to be through eBay assistance also. Communication was only if I messaged mostly.

  I have the picture of the package than has been returned 2 times by the customs .. to prove than the problem was not me .. but a change in the customs rules .. before i was able to send the card for 3.50$ it was not requested to ship has small package .. now they request me to send it small package .. i was the first to contact him asking if he want the package to be resent or refunded .. he asked to resend .. and not he's not happy because i did what he asked for ...
