  Twice I message them and never got no reply back. Very disappointing that is. You need to take time to be professional and reply back. There is no instructions on the bottle or included in the package. I message about how to use the oil. This stuff make my edges course. Back to the coconut oil it made my hair soft. Also put little bumps on my scalp. So it's a no go for me. Perhaps your experience will be a more positive one if you decide to try it for yourself.
