  I observed wrinkles in the picture and asked the seller. He assured me that there was no damage. When I received the piece there was obvious damage. I am familiar with art and have sold it for over 30 years

  While i am not an expert in art collection/condition i do , however, care enough about customer satisfaction to have offered you full refund. You did not reply to my offer but mean while you take to feedback and basically insinuate that i intentionally provided you with a defective item. Did you ask about the condition of the piece prior to buying, yes you did. However like I've indicated before, i am NOT professional art collector and I rendered you my layman's opinion.   bought this item a week or so ago and the trimmer was brand new. love it. the battery that came with it would not take a charge so I messaged the seller and told him and today I received a new battery. GREAT customer service. He could have thought that I was scamming him but took my word for it. I will buy from him again if he has anything that I need.
