  Package arrived in mangled packaging with powdery shredded cardboard for insulation. The device was missing a power cord despite stating it was included, and running an old password protected configuration despite saying it was reset. I contacted the seller about these issues and haven't heard a word since. Don't give your money to this liar.

  Hi wilwe5837, I am sorry you had this experience. We did forget the power cord and to reset the switch which once we realized we shipped out a power cord to you and sent the 3 step instructions to reset the switch. Sorry this ruined your experience. Have a good day.
