    Amazing service punctual the packing was amazing it could have fell from a plane and the screen would still be in great shape. The price was great as well. I had tried another place that said they had what I was needing they shipped me the wrong screen but never tried to find me the right one. But this seller.....this one right here.... they found the right one and I am pleased to say I will continue to use them. Great job guys. Great job.

Exceeded the shipping estimate, but Fedex took 5 days to deliver from Reno to Chicago area and delivered 90 minutes after the end of the estimated delivery window - not Laptop-Goods's problem. Anyway, the T16 is as described. I had high expectations for the unit, and they've been exceeded. Ebay charged sales tax for shipping, which was a surprise. I would not hesitate to buy from this vendor again.

    seller had priority mail on the listing but shipped with ground advantage, which led to over a week of waiting. seller was honest about decision when it was brought up and offered to refund a portion of the shipping cost. otherwise, product showed up protected, even in a damaged box (possibly due to usps) and condition was indeed an a-, if not an a/a+. good seller, may possibly buy from again
