    The seller was very helpful. There was a mix up on my part and she helped me fix it. Communication was quick. There was a shipping issue that was out of her control. She did take steps to check on the issue. The purchase was packed very well. I was worried with the delay and it being a glass antique item but it arrived in mint condition. It was the and as described and our 100 year old aunt was extremely happy. It was a very good value!!
