  Item was ordered as a gift on 11/27/23 for delivery by 12/6/23. Cuff links were not received and I reached out to seller and received no response. I again reached out to EBay/seller on 12/11/23 and received an email that my charge account was credited for the full amount of the sale. There was NO explanation as to what happened to my order.
