  Item arrived as advertised, carefully packed. Letters were shipped affixed to a cardboard backing with double sided tape, and package was wrapped in packing foam in a foam protective pouch.   Was happy that the listing had measurements with one of the pictures to reference the size. Item did have a nice scratch on it that was not visible in any of the photos, but not a deal breaker being it waa used. Otherwise happy with the fast shipment and great packaging.
