  The bracelet is too small for me as the item showed it would be 8inch. When contacting the seller, the simple reply was they must have missed it in the packing. Now it cost me $175 / link to make the bracelet fit! For this type of transactions, the seller should be more attentive and accurate!

  While communicating with the buyer we stated that while mistakes do happen we never described the bracelet as 8" as it is 7.75" in the photos. We also stated we do not have extra links to sell. We offered this buyer 100% refund if they would return the bracelet but they declined. We hope you like your bracelet which is still well under retail price and in excellent condition.
