    The packaging was exceptional — the seller took great care in thoroughly wrapping these fragile items. However, the lower part of the mugs shows noticeable wear in the glazing, which wasn’t mentioned in the description. It’s not something easily captured in photos. I’m conflicted; the mugs are beautiful, but I wish the seller had been more transparent about their condition. Considering the condition, a lower price point would have seemed more appropriate, especially when you add the shipping.

    Thank you for your well written and thought out review. I apologize for the condition that the mugs arrived in; this was an oversight on my part, as I did not notice the glaze issues when I sourced and packed up the items.
