It show clear signs of use, has a poorly done screen replacement, and the packaging seals are clearly not original. The differences between this product and a genuinely phone are glaring. When i reached out to the seller, hoping for a straightfordward, return or refund process, they try to scam me, providing a misleading list of steps, insisting i select "doesn't fit" -as it were a piece of clothing!
