  The item arrived damaged. Feedback to seller and was very prompt to response to give a replacement. However, waited for one month and didn't get the replacement. Wrote again. The seller requires of me to give a positive comment BEFORE shipping a replacement. It was like a ransom and asked of me to trust the seller to give a positive feedback first. What would you think? would you as a buyer write a good feedback before seller dispatch a replacement?
