  i ordered a hair product nov. 6 with an estimate if delivery of 10-12 days. i contacted this seller twice with no response so i opened a dispute with e-bay who gave the seller more time to respond. when i finally received the product 20 days later it was not as described. This seller sent me this at a smaller amount. I got 4.2 oz. not the 5.1 oz. that i paid for. E-bay closed the case before their date of dec. 16. I appealed item not described. This seller was a nightmare and e-bay was no help.

  This is about the seller, not the item. Save yourself the trouble and frustration of buying from this seller. Printed a shipping label on 11/15 and never shipped my item. I left several messages all week and they do not respond. If only the seller were to communicate with me, but NOTHING!!!! A very poor example of an Ebay seller.
