    The hat was not in the condition that the seller had described and was send in a poor way so the hat was smash down … got a hold of them and was very unprofessional on speaking and solving The problem and said they wouldn’t want to work something out with me . … I wouldn’t recommend to by anything from this seller

    This is very interesting, at the time that you actually asked me for a refund, you had not even opened the shipping packaging, implied that the hat was home made and that I washed it. All of which were not true. Once you sent the photos after it was opened, the hat was popped up and in ready to wear condition. Perfect, so why not use those photos in your review? i even apologized that you felt that way. I explained why I do not ship with boxes. You have been nothing but nasty! Have a great day!
