    The cooktop I received was packaged professionally with exact-fit cardboard used, and the main carton was placed inside a larger shipping box. Wonderfully packed, safely shipped! The function of the cooktop is perfect. Most of the cooktop looks brand new. There were a few thin /minor scratches in the cooktop that I didn’t expect, but this was a refurbished unit - and I’ve convinced myself that the cooktop will get scratched someday anyway. Price was fair for this quality cooktop. A / A-

    In order to send this feed back, I had to click on positive. FYI, the Induction cooktop was delivered promptly and well packaged. However, there was no paperwork at all. Most importantly, no owners manual ori owners instructions or contact info. Not even a purchase invoce, nothing! Worst of all, after plugging it in, I doesn't work. So of course, I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED!
