I never was in the business I just Enjoyed Pokemon TCG at your local hobby shop and community center enjoying those hobbies in an intense way! Pokémon is my first passion that goes back to 1999! Sports and other games would closely follow behind. KG's has a wide selection of inventory here. We Are fans of any hobby or collectible niche as well. Majority of our inventory is already opened from the box. KG's only plays the guessing game if the customer wants to. Our biggest focus at KG's is customer service. We are available day and night! KG's has a very big belief in dignity and respect and as long as those are always part of our interactions we have "the customer comes first understanding"

    First and foremost great packaging and shipping. Problem is the seller had listed multiple pictures of the back of the card, with one of them being pristine/mint and the others having corner wear/damage (card I received). I had reached out to the seller regarding this, since someone complained last time but he reassured me. Turns out he posted the exact same picture of the back of the card from the other individual who purchased a pokemon card with a neutral review. Seller had no accountability.

    Normally an apology is in order. The issue both cards I'm told I sent that were wrong ones, I have only one singular card of. It's not possible what you are accusing. I have nothing to say other than its a lie and our store holds honesty and integrity in high regard. Do to this offense you are no longer welcome to shop at this store.
