  Overall the item has all the parts but the DVDs were free floating in the box, which was in ok shape, not like new. The shipping label was made 6 days after purchase and then another 3 days it was actually shipped so it took two weeks from the date of purchase. I had messaged the seller twice asking when it will be shipped without a response. So I guess I'm happy it was sent since it is a gift for my son.

  Absolutely horrible ! I waited 5 days to cantact seller asking when it will ship. Not one response whatsoever. Still no response today. Asked for refund and you guessed it still no response. RUN people RUN ! I do not recommend !!
