  I'm leaving feedback instead of contacting the seller because 1) item was NOT as described and they damaged the item after the photos were taken then repaired it before shipping, and 2) THEY MADE NO EFFORT to contact me about the discrepancy. They knew what they did and leaving it up to me to address first. The packaging was good until I open the item and it wasn't secured, it was rattling everywhere.

  The 1928 Jewelry piece was not damaged, nor was it repaired. This antique piece was new, pristine, with original tags/box. It was securely pkg'd and could not have "rattled" in the box. See my 1500 feedbacks for an honest representation of how I pack/care for all items I sell. This appears to be buyer's remorse. Had the buyer properly contacted me this could have been settled amicably with a 100% refund; however, it appears this ship has sailed and now both parties have sustained damaged.
