Really wanted the item but there was no shipping label created. I contacted the seller who promptly responded with an apology and expressed that her pet had died. And asked if I still wanted the item (which I do and did) unfortunately she went ahead and refunded and cancelled the order. Sadly her pet died and unfortunately I didn’t get the item.
