I purchased this Chanel shoulder bag and never received it. I contacted the seller and after more than a week of no response, the seller notified me that the order was being canceled because the purse could not be found. The seller was attempting to sell a product they did not physically possess, which is VERY disappointing. Furthermore, the canceled order states it was canceled at MY request--which is untrue. The SELLER canceled this transaction. I would have preferred to receive what I ordered

Jacket arrived in a timely fashion, well packaged and in great shape. There was some discrepancy between the images and in person look, but the material is dark nylon and somewhat reflective so I can understand why it appears slightly different than the photos- fortunately it’s even more impressive in person.
