  Music box arrived, but not as described by the seller (Photo-video was sent). Incorrect description led to additional expenses exceeding the cost of box twice, I bought spare parts and used the services of electrician, but without results. According to opinion of competent electrician, the box could not operate as described. I tried to negotiate with seller, offering to return $80, that is less than 30% of my total expenses, which exceeded $250. Seller refused and soon stopped communicating.

  I described in the listing that the Figures didn't move but the scenes changed perfectly. I describe my listings very honestly and always try to work with the buyer! I did try to give him a refund but he didn't agree on the price of the refund. I strive to make sure all of my customers are satisfied and will work with you and communicate with my buyers to make sure they are satisfied with their treasures!! Thank you!! :)
