  It has been 2 weeks since placing my order. Supposed to arrive in 1 week. As of today, I still have not received the item. No Commumication, no shipment, no reply, nothing. eBay is no help either. If it's going to be late, it's ok, just tell me honestly. Keeping your customer in the dark is not the way to do business.

  Had been looking for these for a slimline filofax I have, for a long time. Unfortunately after purchase, the seller's delivery people were unable to find the delivery address. Never happened before, and everything else I ordered (about 12 items) were delivered without issue. Shame, as I am unable to get them elsewhere so will have to rethink my 2025 diary and the filofax I purchased! Seller was good at communicating though, even if it wasn't the outcome I hoped for. Shame.....
