I have not had an issue like this for many years. This seller did not answer my emails as to why I didn't receive the product, and I had to have it resolved by eBay. eBay did resolve it with a refund. I would have enjoyed the product rather than having to wait for the issue to be resolved. Bottom line: Don't buy from this seller.
