    Looking at feedback I would "suggest" taking his parcels one town over to ship. Does not deserve a Negative, but I really should NOT give positive. Neutral? I did not get cards. Messaged seller about not getting cards. He responded to wait. Days Later, No Cards. I opened "did not receive" and turned it over to eBay, and then he reached out again, and he gave me a refund. Good communication, but either did not want to sell at price won or his PO office really DOES stink.
