My name is Laura Salgado, I was born on Cedros island in the Pacific Ocean near the Baja California coast.
I started my coffee business in 2022.
Kafens creates a product with ingredients inspired solely through the cultural and traditional flavors of café de olla. It can be prepared anywhere and anytime and is ideal for the office, travel, and camping.
Our coffee contains high-quality ingredients and is gluten-free, 100% organic, compostable, and eco-friendly product to contribute to caring for the environment.
I decided to sell Cafe de Olla, because in this way I can make our culture known and the special flavor that characterizes it it with its cinnamon and piloncillo

Brazilian (Kalak)
Light roasted (Kinich)
Dicafenaired (itzá).
