  Item arrived in good condition. The product was listed "buy it now or BEST OFFER". I submitted a couple offers, a few $ off, they were declined without counters. I do not believe the seller accepts offers, not an issue, just don't list the item with offers. Also, if you want to build a customer base, communicate with your customers, make counteroffers. I really needed this item as a gift, so I made the purchase. Nothing in these transactions makes me want to be a repeat customer.
