  Not the smoothest purchasing experience on eBay but at least the hat finally arrived. The Seller communicated quickly each time an issue arose. They appear to be based in China even though the listing says they are in California. They use some hinky "3rd Party" service to get the package to the post office and we ran in to issues with that service. Hat was not well packaged. Shipped in a bag and not a box. Needs an APP to work. Looks like description. Electronics will take time to figure out
