  Thank you for selling a quality product, at a reasonable price, from a reliable dealer! Mahalo! The product was supposed to arrive today 2 packages to be delivered December 2nd! At 10:15 my regular mailman delivered one of two packages! Upon asking him where the second package was he said he didn't know! Only one package was in his truck! Three and a half hours later after trying to contact the seller I noticed there was another package at the front door! So the second package did arrive!

  Package still hadn't been delivered about 2 weeks after ship date so I reached out to the seller to confirm that it had actually shipped. He confirmed that it had, visited the post office to see if there were any returns. There weren't so with no other questions asked, he immediately refunded my money. Totally unnecessary to do since it can take a while for these things to actually arrive but a wonderful experience all around. Would shop again. Highly recommend!
