Though the shipping label was created relatively soon, item did not get to the shipper until four days after purchase. Was needing the item for repair, so it delayed the repair. I'd be hesitant about using this seller again for that reason.

    Although I originally did not receive over 300 bearing quantities ordered, the seller did correct the mistake and sent me 10 extras of 3/16" and 35 extras of 1/4", which I very much appreciated and did not expect. I admit that I was getting frustrated and a bit rude, due to wanting more communication about my original orders and the replacements being sent to an FPO address instead of my APO address. Turns out, it was not the seller's fault. I apologize. Thank you for the extras and replacement.

    I've solved some late delivery issues.When you ship in small mailing envelopes, your shipper wraps the label across the 5" width.The result is my address is folded on one side of the envelope and your return address is on the back.That, I believe, is why my bearings were logged into Harrisburg, and then traveled back to you.In Buffalo or Rochester, again, my address was correctly read and returned to Harrisburg, 2 days late.Surprised they were Chinese.Waivered on rating.In the end,they worked.
