This seller advertised the set of headlights amd in made a reasonable offer which he accepted then changed hi mind and is currently asking me tonkay more money and won't dispatch the agreed sale items. Still no resolution for not buy from this seller a true con artist on ebay. I will be reporting him to PayPal and ebay.
