  first with no way you can return items to this seller. Address they give to you for return I checked USPS cost $71.00 because custom and time or I had other option don't return and seller will pay partially up to $8.00. size is wrong because description did not say about men and women size . They different.

  Seller did a good job resolving my complaint and issued a partial credit as I was unsatisfied with the quality. These boots look better in photos than they are - they look ok but I do not recommend for every-day use. Ok for costume wear. Soles are thin and no real padding or structure in uppers. I would have returned but shipping to China was to much - seller did communicate well after my complaint. I would recommend seller but I cannot recommend this boot outside my above review.
