  Unfortunately VR headset arrived with defective left screen despite mentioning it was fully tested, possibly damaged in transit. Seller was quick to offer refund though, no harm done.

  Headset was fully tested prior to shipment. The customer advised the left eye no longer worked a few days later. We assume a ribbon was knocked loose as there did not seem to be other signs of Physical Damage. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your business.

  The item itself arrived with one eye working one eye not, but I believe it could have been caused by the mailing system, the seller was super friendly and communicated clearly with me. They gave me a refund since a replacement couldn't be sent, 10/10 would recommend this seller again for their open communication and quick way of getting things done!
