    Very pretty summer top. Shipping cost too high! No need to send a $10 top by Priority Mail and charge customer $9. Could have been shipped for half that price also via USPS.

    when you purchase an item that means you have agreed to the price and the shipping cost, Furthermore you were given a price reduction on that top form 16.99 to 9.99! and the shipping cost was also clearly posted for you decide whether you wanted to buy it or not. I only ship by USPS Priority Mail by my choice as a seller that provides tracking-insurance and envelopes to ship in, so if you did not like that you should not have purchased the item and then place a rude complaint in the feedback,

    You say "when you purchase an item" it's rude to give any feedback that isn't fully positive. I'd say "When you sell items on eBay, you should be able to hear customer feedback." I do both and have also bought 100s of items here. I gave you a Positive rating but felt you should know your shipping costs are way too high. Apparently you are unaware that USPS Ground Advantage provides both the tracking and insurance you want at HALF the cost of Priority Mail that you insist your customers pay for.
