    Item was sold as “new” and was received as “reconditioned” from the manufacturer. I could have bought directly from the manufacturer for $40.00 less if I was looking for a reconditioned unit. The seller misrepresented the item as new in the sell and has not responded to my communications concerning the item after it was delivered. Reconditioned is not “NEW”. The item is in working order but I don’t appreciate overpaying for a previously used item.

    Did not receive the same gun that was represented in photo. Gun was supposed to be fully automatic. Received a umirex semi auto with 6 round burst. Ordered had one seller but received from a different one. Gun came from Amazon,which I saw before I made the order from Ebay, for $99. The fully auto gun which I thought was coming was 139.99. So I paid 139.99 for a $99 gun which I could have gotten on Amazon myself if I had wanted that one.

    Item is listed and described as is. The description and pictures show that the gun is a Umarex Steel Storm rifle with the option for a Full-Auto mode of 6-shot burst. Amazon logistics was used for faster shipping times.
