  Item was offered as NEW. Pictures show a shrink-wrapped box. Item received was not new and was not complete. Box was taped shut. Inside, hundreds of labels were missing. It wasn't a huge deal, but still, item was not as advertised. I reached out to the seller over two days ago. Silence. No pro-ration, no returns and no apology. I am forgiving when mistakes happen. I understand how ebay works. I'm in my 28th year of buying and selling here. However, I feel wronged when I seek help & get ignored.
