  I doubt I will do business with the person/company again. The item was never received. USPS states (I have the case number) that the shipper provided the incorrect shipping address on the package. When contacted, the seller only offered a refund. They would not replace the item due to their error. They claim the item sold me was the last one, but is now about double the price that I paid originally, so they refuse replacement. My first and only experience with this seller. Avoid if you can.

  I was sent the wrong folders and I contacted the seller about getting the right ones and they didn't have them and they sent me a return label - however I have decided to keep the wrong folders - So I am very pleased how they responded and apologized - I would do business with them again

  Wasn't very pleased with this seller. It took them 10 days to ship the package, and when I reached out they didn't explain why or apologize. Then I got a tracking number that went to a completely different person's order, and my package was delivered straight from Amazon (which I was buying here to avoid). It wasn't a great experience and I can't recommend them.
