    The seller provided a tracking number and I received notification that it had indeed shipped. When my item failed to arrive the seller then cancelled this sale and refunded half the purchase amount and then a few days later the outstanding balance was refunded. No explanation other than problems with an app was given. I did not request that the sale be cancelled and would definately buy the item if it were available but it was not meant to be.
