    Arrived in working order but very busted up aesthetically, it looks like someone dragged it around in some gravel. I tried requesting a white ipod in particular but they don't view messages on here - they are now known as Rapid Repair and soon will be iMods.com, and they respond to emails. I really wish they'd seen my message but I can't complain too much.

    My iPod was shipped really fast and was in working condition. The item was pretty scratched up, so the picture used wasn’t the actual item, but this was mentioned in the description. It would have been great to see pictures of the actual item being purchased. Overall, worth the purchase and I’m happy with the item.
