  Parts and Wheels went above and beyond with their service. Apparently (the shipper) lost the part somewhere enroute. When I sent a message to P&W that the transfer case did not arrive, they wasted no time and sent another one the next day. Part arrived but was damaged due to (the shipper) dropping it along the way. (it did weigh about 65lbs ) I was able to make adjustments and made it work. All and All I am happy with my purchase from P&W.

  Got my item, everything works as it should. Thank you. They took a few days to start processing the order. They do respond to messages and they are helpful. Took about two weeks for my item to get to me. It came from China, so that shipping time is impressive. Usually takes 2 - 3 months when things come from over seas but not this time. 🙂
