    Sent an 8x10 photo sandwiched in between two pieces of cardboard that measured 5x7. Why even send the cardboard, no protection for the entire perimeter of the photo. Large crease all along the bottom where it was bent during shipping. Sellers response: “sent two dozen the same way. No issues. Expected safe delivery”. Thanks, appreciate the understanding. Your laziness and sad expectations tell me all I need to know. Buyer beware, don’t expect care for your purchase.

    Item was sufficiently protected in a mailer that fit properly. Sellers can not control damage that takes place during delivery. There was no room for movement in the package and was protected from postal bending. All Apologies if damage took place during transit. .

    It was a great price, but they sent me the wrong card, not even the right NHL team. They told me I could keep it and they promised to send me the right card, but it never happened. They are completely ignoring my messages, so that's why I'm leaving a neutral feedback. I won't order from them again.
