    I do not recommend buying from this seller UNLESS, you are okay with waiting to receive your purchase and not receiving any response if you have inquiries. I purchased my item in April 10th and received it on April 28th. I contacted the seller six (6) times with no response. My only consolation is the plates were beautiful.

    Very, very poor experience. Zero communication from the seller, not one response through this whole ordeal. I wish I had read the reviews before choosing to purchase. They dishonestly refused to cancel the purchase, indicating that they mailed my item 4/7. It was not mailed. I opened a case 4/17, with still no response. They mailed my item 4/21, 15 days after my purchase, after I requested a refund as they had not fulfilled the purchase agreement. Still, zero communication from the seller.
